The initial review of how the division recruited and hired identified numerous opportunities. LTS supported the review and also the application of the changes to reduce recruiting and hiring timeframes.
Outcomes
Implementation of the new process which LTS guided and supported, reduced recruiting and hiring timeframes by over 50%. This reduction in administrative and bureaucratic burden placed the TMSD in a position to easily recruit and place appropriately skilled teachers with significantly less effort.
