Improving Flow and 5S-ing at Horty Girl

I recently did on-site follow up work in Langley, BC, at Horty Girl. They produce “living décor.” The team has completed some great 5S-ing and also production flow improvements. Check out the pictures! Remember Valentine’s day is coming … do you have any Elvis fans that need some love?
